Complaint Inquiry

In response to changes in the Credit Union Act Section 116 (1) introduced in 2009, Kawartha Credit Union has designated a Complaint Officer to receive and provide resolution for member complaints.


Members may use a variety of feedback mechanisms to bring forward their concerns, including:
