Cross Border Transactions

Notice to members regarding cross-border point of sale and ATM transactions:

The US has begun the process of changing from magnetic stripe card technology to CHIP card technology. The US is a huge market and the implementation of the new technology is expected to take years to complete.

During this technology transition, members may experience occasional declines in cross-border ATM and point of sale transactions.  If this occurs, try completing the transaction using the magnetic stripe on your debit card.
