We hope you like the new look of your monthly statement. Please note that:

  • Any non-registered term deposits opened after November 22, 2018 will not appear on your first statement. Non-registered term deposits will appear on future statements.
  • You will notice a date in your Interest Rate Summary. For your first statement, that date will reflect the date the product was opened if there was no change to the rate in this reporting period. In future statements, the date shown in the Interest Rate Summary will be updated if interest rates change in that period.
  • Statements for registered products (TFSA, RIF, RRSP, etc.) will continue to be mailed separately.
  • If a joint account has more than two people on it, the tax owner and only one non-tax owner will appear on the statement. Members without a transacting role on an account will not show on the statement.
Cheque images are currently 8 to a page and may appear small. This will be changed to 4 images to a page for future statements. In the meantime, please contact us if you want larger images for the November 20, 2018 – December 6, 2018 statement period.
