Important Changes to your Online and Mobile Banking login effective the week of May 20, 2019

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL ACCESS CODE (PAC)

Your online security is extremely important to us. That's why we are further enhancing our online and mobile banking security by asking you to create a stronger, more complex Personal Access Code (PAC).

Starting the week of May 20, 2019,  when you log in to online banking or our mobile app, you will be prompted to change your Personal Access Code (PAC).

YOUR PAC AND TELEPHONE BANKING

The enhancements to PAC will only apply to online and mobile banking users. If you use telephone banking you will continue to access the phone banking system with your member card number and existing PAC.
