Online Banking Alerts

With Online Banking Alerts, you can receive notifications regarding your accounts through email, text or both. This new feature will give you the added security of detecting possible fraud so you can quickly take action and contact us.

Get alerts every time:

  • an online login has occurred
  • your account is locked from too many login attempts
  • your PAC is changed
  • a new payee or recipient is added
  • an Interac e-Transfer recipient has been added
You can setup your alerts by logging into Online Banking, clicking on Messages and Alerts in the left hand Navigation Bar and then clicking on Manage Alerts. You can then select an alert from a list of options and select how you'd like to receive them (email and/or text).
