Member Feedback and Complaints

At Kawartha Credit Union, we want to hear from you. Your feedback helps us improve the products and services we provide to our members. If you wish to submit comments or concerns, please use one of the contact methods below:

  • Comment Cards are available in all of Kawartha’s branches for members to complete and deposit in a locked box.
  • Emailed comments and complaints may be submitted via info@kawarthacu.com
  • Phone Calls may be made to a branch, our Contact Centre, or to our Member Complaints Officer to share feedback or a complaint.
  • Written Letters may be submitted to our Member Complaints Officer
  • In Person at a branch.
