Lock’N’Block lets you manage the use of your Kawartha debit card anytime, anywhere.

    Misplaced, lost or stolen debit card?

    Now you can immediately lock your debit card anytime, anywhere.
    Lock’N’Block® allows you to temporarily lock your debit card or block transactions via Kawartha's mobile app or online banking. It’s quick, easy, and convenient – whether your card has been lost or stolen, Lock’N’Block can help protect you from fraud with the click of a button. 

    With Lock'N'Block you can:

     
    Select Image
    • Lock or unlock your debit card
    • Block or unblock any of the following actions from your debit card: 
      • ATM withdrawals 
      • Purchases and refunds 
      • International transactions 
      • Contactless mobile transactions (i.e., mobile wallet and in-app transactions) 
      • Contactless card transactions (i.e., physical Interac Flash transactions) 
      • E-commerce transactions 

    Need to access Lock'N'Block?

    Mobile
    Access the Lock’N’Block feature in the Kawartha app by opening the Card Management tile at the bottom of the screen. Follow the prompts to add your card.

    Desktop
    You can also access the Lock’N’Block feature in Personal Online Banking under the "Account Services" menu.

    Lost or stolen debit card?

    If your debit card is lost or stolen, you can immediately lock your card using Lock'N'Block. To report your card as lost or stolen and get a replacement card, you will need to call our Contact Centre at 1.855.670.0510.
