PETERBOROUGH, ON [February 29, 2024] — Bullfrog Power Inc. (“Bullfrog”) announced that Kawartha Credit Union, one of Ontario’s largest credit unions, is choosing green electricity for its Head Office in Peterborough and its network of 22 branches from Parry Sound to Cornwall, Ontario. Kawartha joins the growing number of organizations that reduce their carbon footprints and support green energy with Bullfrog Power.

Through the agreement, Bullfrog Power’s producers put renewable electricity onto the grid to match the amount of conventional electricity used by Kawartha Credit Union’s facilities. Across Canada, Bullfrog’s green electricity comes from a blend of wind, solar, and low-impact hydro power sourced from new Canadian renewable energy facilities.
