Stay connected through mail disruptions

During a Canada Post service disruption, you may experience delays in receiving mail from Kawartha Credit Union such as paper statements, cheques, and other mailed correspondence. 

We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and our team is here to support you. Please continue to visit your nearest Kawartha Credit Union branch or phone our Contact Centre to manage your accounts. To minimize any disruptions, we encourage you to register for online banking, direct deposits and e-Statements. 

  • Online and Mobile Banking: Access your account, view statements, and manage transactions through our secure online banking platform and mobile app. 
  • Direct Deposit: Ensure that your payments and deposits are processed promptly by switching to direct deposit where possible. 
  • e-Statements: Sign up for online banking to view your statements electronically at any time. Once logged in, click "My Accounts" in the lefthand menu, and then select "View e-Statements."

If you are already registered for Kawartha online banking
, you can log in and access your account anytime. You can also access your account via the Kawartha mobile banking app, available for iOS and Android in the app store. 

To register for online banking, please contact your nearest branch or phone the Contact Centre at 1-855-670-0510.
