    Create strong passwords and passphrases

Use at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Try a memorable phrase instead of a single word. Avoid reusing passwords across multiple sites.

    Use multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Add an extra layer of protection by requiring a code from your phone or email when you log in. This helps keep your account secure even if your password is compromised.

Keep your devices and apps updates

Software updates often contain fixes for security weaknesses. Turn on automatic updates for your phone, computer, and banking app.

    Be cautious on public Wi-Fi

Avoid banking or shopping when connected to open Wi-Fi networks. Use your mobile data or a secure network whenever possible.

Think before you click on links

Check URLs carefully to avoid malicious sites. Bookmark commonly used sites to avoid accidentally landing on a malicious look-a-like site designed to steal your personal details.

    Protect your identity
